1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on most full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
✅ Items must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
✅ You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items not eligible for return:
❌ Final Sale items
❌ Discounted or promotional items (if marked non-returnable)
❌ Accessories (earrings, hats, socks, etc.) due to hygiene reasons
❌ Customized or personalized items
❌ Items returned without authorization
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:

Our team will respond within 2 business days and issue a return authorization with return instructions. -
Ship the item(s) to the address we provide:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect).

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, then reach out to us if necessary.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please:

Return the item for a refund

Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster service and better inventory accuracy.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for:

6. Late or Missing Returns
If we do not receive your return within 45 days of the return authorization being issued, the return will be considered void, and we will be unable to process a refund.
7. International Returns
We accept returns from all countries we ship to. Please note:
